Welcome to MPO1221. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and MPO1221 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the MPO1221 website located at https://mpo1221.buzz and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related promotional activities.

By accessing the MPO1221 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and MPO1221.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• Platform refers to the MPO1221 website (https://mpo1221.buzz), mobile-optimised site, and all services and features accessible through them.
• Member / User refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• Account refers to the individual registered user profile created on the Platform, including associated wallet balance, bonus credits, and transaction history.
• Real Money Balance refers to funds deposited by the Member in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalent, held in the Member's main wallet.
• Bonus Balance refers to promotional credits awarded by MPO1221 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirement refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and proof of address, required to authenticate a Member's identity.
• MYR / RM refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the MPO1221 Platform.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an active account on MPO1221, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. MPO1221 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by MPO1221 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of MPO1221 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not acting in any professional or commercial capacity in relation to the gambling services offered on the Platform.
• You are legally permitted under all applicable laws of your jurisdiction to access online gambling platforms and to participate in real-money wagering activities.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) account on the MPO1221 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. MPO1221 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• MPO1221 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to require KYC verification at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.
• KYC documents typically required include: a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identity document.

By accessing the MPO1221 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that all gaming and betting activities carry inherent risk and that the outcome of any wager is not guaranteed.

You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any software that simulates or assists human interaction.
• You will not exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• You accept that gaming and betting outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and live dealer operations, and that MPO1221 does not manipulate results in any way.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your applicable jurisdiction. MPO1221 does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for filing or paying taxes on your behalf.

MPO1221 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via multiple locally integrated payment channels. Accepted methods include FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for fiat payment methods; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for amounts within verified account limits. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM MYT may be processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawal to the same method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. MPO1221 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• KYC requirement for withdrawals: All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw.
• Transaction fees: MPO1221 does not charge internal transaction fees. Standard fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are outside our control and may apply.
• Cryptocurrency conversions: Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your MYR wallet at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. MPO1221 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.

MPO1221 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. We will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected Member within a reasonable timeframe.

MPO1221 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Welcome bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, payment method, or device.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account.
• Maximum win cap: Some bonuses carry a maximum win or maximum withdrawal limit. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap that are derived from bonus funds will be voided.
• Abuse and collusion: MPO1221 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk accumulator betting designed to clear wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith.

All wagers placed on the MPO1221 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market. General rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded by the MPO1221 system. A bet is not considered placed until a confirmation notification is displayed.
• MPO1221 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the in-play betting feature was not intentionally offered, or where a technical error affected the odds displayed.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game payouts — including typographical errors — MPO1221 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets at the correct price. Winnings derived solely from manifest errors will be voided.
• For sports betting, MPO1221 follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a market, the decision of the MPO1221 trading team is final, subject to the general complaints procedure.
• For live casino games, the decisions and actions of the presiding live dealer are final once a game round has concluded, subject to any override required to correct a demonstrable technical fault.
• MPO1221 covers EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sports markets. Market availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MPO1221 Platform. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including the proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Using any form of software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including card-counting software, betting bots, and RNG prediction tools.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to exploit bonus offers, gaming outcomes, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or data streams.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at MPO1221 staff or other Members via support channels.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention tool.

All content on the MPO1221 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software code, promotional materials, and brand elements — is the proprietary property of MPO1221 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from MPO1221.
• Use MPO1221's name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, affiliation, or promotional context without an authorised written agreement.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, software, or content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of MPO1221's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability in addition to immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO1221 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

MPO1221's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MPO1221 does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical fault at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, sports result, or betting market will produce a positive return for any Member.
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take reasonable technical precautions to ensure this.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit MPO1221's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

MPO1221 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We believe that gaming and sports betting should remain a form of entertainment, never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members at no charge from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced session breaks after a specified duration of gameplay.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 90 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

MPO1221 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Member.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing timelines.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, MPO1221 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Members will be notified of this decision and given the opportunity to provide relevant documentation.

MPO1221 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the MPO1221 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure in accordance with the Termination section above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and MPO1221, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Our formal complaints procedure is available upon request through our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may seek resolution through appropriate legal or arbitration channels available in your jurisdiction. MPO1221 will cooperate in good faith with any properly constituted dispute resolution process.
